Currently, I am on Paternal Leave and will be unreachable until August of 2024. I plan to accept a wait list when I return.
Ongoing, I will be providing therapeutic services via Telehealth until further notice. This includes the use of HIPAA compliant video through Psychology Today. This means that clients need to have access to a device, environment and internet that allows for Telehealth.
Intake-$175, 60 minutes
This time will be spent going over the intake questionnaire and conducting a gentle interview where we will get to know one another. We will also take the first few sessions to build trust and identify any wishes or hopes you have for the therapeutic space.
Payment of fees are expected at the time of the appointment. Sessions begin at the scheduled time and clients who show late for appointments will be charged at the full rate for the session.
Individual Therapy-$155, 53 minutes
Individual sessions are guided by you. After establishing your hopes and desires for therapy, we will work toward a personal approach to explore and examine your emotions and thoughts and how we can create a more mindful and compassionate life for yourself, you deserve it.
Payment of fees are expected at the time of the appointment. Sessions begin at the scheduled time and clients who show late for appointments will be charged at the full rate for the session.
Insurance
I am currently authorized to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and BlueCare Network. I am also able to provide a receipt and provider statement if using an HSA account or if you are paying out of pocket to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
It is important to note that providers can not bill insurance for missed appointments and results in the client having to pay out of pocket. See fees above.
Sliding scale is available for those that qualify.
Cancellation and Termination of Services
Termination: It is every client’s right to disengage from counseling with or without notice to the treatment provider. I also reserve the right to terminate therapeutic relationships that I no longer feel have a healthful or beneficial impact. This also includes repetitive no-shows or tardiness to session.
Cancellation of Appointments: If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within office hours the day prior to appointment will be charged $100. Sessions that are canceled the same day as appointment will be charged the full fee rate. Not showing to appointment without notice will result in a charge of full session fee rate. Client’s that arrive 20 minutes or later to session will be seen as a no-show appointment and will not be seen, they will also be charged the full session rate. See rates above.
